#22 grinder plates are made of stainless steel. Plates are 3-15/16" diameter with a 1/2" center hole. We carry 3 different plate sizes: 3/16", 1/4", 3/8". Please specify what size you need. Use silicon grease and lubricant to keep plates from rusting and sharp.
