Similar to our mild Italian sausage but with crushed red peppers for a spicy boost. Warm with lots of flavor. Use with any Italian dish. Stuff into hog, sheep or collagen casings. Make into patties for a great sandwich. I like to mix in green peppers and onions and pack it in a pocket that I cut in the side of a boneless pork loin. Then I bake it or put it on the grill.
