We did a lot of catering in our meat business, and roast beef was by far the most popular meat. This is the pump and rub we used to make mouth watering roast beef. Mix the pump with water per instuctions. Pump the meat with a meat injector . Rub the roast with Curley's roast beef rub. Cook and slice. Use with beef, pork or any wild game. Makes 10#-15# of tender roast beef.
