Sure cure must be used in any kind of meat that is going to be cured and smoked. Contains sodium nitrite. It is also called by different company's - Fast Cure, Insta Cure, Prauge Powder. Has a bright pink color. Use 1 oz. to 25# of meat. Sure Cure 1 is 4-1 oz packages, each package does 25 # batch of sausage. *Sure Cure 2 is 2 oz and does a 50# batch of sausage. *Sure Cure 4 is 4 oz and does 100# batch of sausage.
